A premium-grade rubber track is engineered from a blend of natural rubber and durable synthetic compounds, with a high concentration of carbon black for superior heat and gouge resistance—especially on abrasive surfaces. Spider premium tracks feature continuously wound steel cables embedded deep within a thick carcass for added strength and rigidity. These cables are wrapped in vulcanized rubber to protect against moisture and deep cuts, preventing corrosion over time.
In contrast, standard-grade tracks contain more synthetic filler and less carbon black, making them more vulnerable to heat and gouging. They typically use spliced or overlapped steel cables, which are weaker, and often lack protective rubber coating—reducing durability and service life to cut production costs.
